Celebration Times Team: Second Saturday Surprise

Our team, Celebration Times, has all kinds of activities and we stay busy promoting each others' shops in a very fun way. Today is our first time having "Second Saturday Surprise". The task was to surprise one of the shops on our team by doing 3 special things for that shop. All the shops are so great, there was no way I could go to one and select it so I drew a shop by number. Maybe I can do this for another shop with another Second Saturday Surprise.

The shop owner is Kara who is not only a great team member, but also a lovely person.
Here's a little about Kara that I summarized from her "About Page" on Etsy.
Kara is a retired registered nurse. She's retired, but not by choice. She became severely allergic to latex, so much so that she has a service dog. Her wonderful dog is Spirit and Spirit is a big part of Kara's life and very beautiful, too. (I have a special love of Golden Retrievers so I always take delight in seeing her pictures and reading about Spirit.) Kara says, "For as long as I can remember art has been a part of my life! I come from a family of artists on both sides. Art comes naturally to me. Even with my craft room I want to design it. I restore old jewelry boxes to use for my tools instead of the generic plastic box. One of my boxes includes old photos of my grandmother to keep me inspired."

Here are a few more bunny items from Kara's shop. Of course, once you visit you will see there are all sorts of treasures waiting to be found - even special peanut butter dog treats favored by Spirit! Many of us are thinking ahead to Easter so I selected bunnies to feature as I write this.
